Greg and his team have expertly completed a house renovation for us and helped us over unexpected issues along the way. This included removing and fitting a new kitchen and bathroom, rewiring the house, fitting new lights and adding new plug sockets, unblocking drains and hanging doors. Also identified holes in the roof and fixed the holes and replaced the tiles really quickly. I couldn’t fault Gregg, his team, their service or the quality of work. Would have no hesitation in using them again for future work

We recently had a large amount of building work done on our house by Gregg and his team including plastering throughout the whole house, new ceilings, electrical rewiring, a completely new kitchen and bathroom as well as general wear and tear repairs throughout. The work took roughly 6 weeks to complete and throughout, we could not fault Greggs hard work or skill. His attention to detail is incredible and no request that we had was too much. Throughout the whole process, Gregg kept us updated with regular messages and photos (as we chose to move out while the work was being undertaken) and kept us fully informed at every stage. His team were friendly, professional and tidy throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend Gregg and his team for any building work required, both small scale and large scale. Very pleased with the work of Zawadzki Construction. The workers are very reliable and honest. They installed our kitchen purchased in another company. Many of the units were not measured correctly making the job difficult. However, they still managed to deliver quality work to which we are very pleased. This was a 5 star service provided by a dedicated team of motivated and diligent individuals who strived for perfection. The main priority was always to meet and surpass my expectations and requirements through the amount of attention to detail and scoping conducting. The efficiency and standard they worked to over a 2-3 week period to completely refurbish our large garden and build a high grade studio room externally was astounding. Highly recommended for anyone who is serious about their projects and would like a committed and friendly team taking care of it.
